We, the International Charitable Foundation " Life Against All Odds ", are located at: 25 Heroiv Stalinhrada Ave, office 63, Kyiv, Ukraine 04210. Later in the text the International Charitable Foundation " "Life Against All Odds " will be referred to as "we", websites https://lifefoundation.com.ua/; https://morethanbrick.org as "ours". We determine which, for what purpose and how exactly your personal data will be processed.

2. What does the Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy applies to our websites.

3. What data do we collect and why?

The data we collect is divided into two categories: technical information and the data provided by user.

Technical information.
When you visit our websites, some data can be collected automatically. We need the technical data to work, maintain and improve our website. This includes the following data: IP address, UTM settings, geolocation, device type and browser type, cookies and data about your interaction with the site (session ID).
Session ID includes: your interaction with the website; the name of the website from which you
visit our website; the functions of the website you use; the pages of the website you visit; the ways you use our website; the actions you take on the website, if any.

User-provided data.

In order to properly identify and effectively use your charitable contribution, to be able to refer to you with feedback from a public fundraiser or the results of use of the money raised, and also be able to identify your payment in order to answer your questions, we need your full name, surname, telephone number, payment information and email address. All this information is provided by the payment system "way for pay" (https://wayforpay.com/)
Once again, briefly about what personal data we collect and why:
name - generation of statistical data, fulfillment of statutory goals, implementation of KYD procedures (know your donor), fraud prevention
email-address - sending reports and information about the Fund's activities, fundraising and marketing, feedback from the benefactor in order to resolve issues related to the Foundation's projects
phone number - SMS informing benefactors about the news related to projects
payment information - enabling customer support and processing of benefactors' appeals

* you can unsubscribe from the Fund's mailings at any time in the appropriate communication channel using the standard means available to you (for example, the "Unsubscribe" button in the e-mail newsletter, or the "Sign out and delete" option in Viber), after which we will stop using the data you provide for this purpose. 4. How long do we store your data?

We store your data for 48 months. However, you can use your own right to delete your data. In this case, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of your request.

5. Do we pass data to third parties?

We use your data to carry out statutory activities and fulfill our obligations under the transactions concluded with you and may transfer them on the following grounds:
Compliance with the law. We will disclose your personal information to third parties
persons to the extent necessary:
● to fulfill a state request, court decision or relevant legislation
● to prevent illegal use of our site or violation of the Terms of using our site and our policies;
● to protect against third party claims;
● to assist in the prevention or investigation of fraud.

Sharing the data with third parties. We pass on your personal data to third parties
under a public offer for processing on our behalf in compliance with technical and

6. Do we transfer your data outside the European Economic Area?

The personal data we collect is stored on the servers of the payment system "way for pay" in Ukraine and on special servers of the fund in Ukraine.
By default, the data is stored in Ukraine, but we may need to process your personal data in another country. If a transfer is required, we will take the necessary data protection measures and ask for your consent, unless a data transfer is required to complete the transaction.

7. What rights to your data do you have?

As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:
● The right to access information. You can ask for an explanation of the processing
your personal data.
● The right to portability. You can request all the information you have provided to us as well make a request to transfer the data to another controller.
● The right to restrict processing. You can partially or completely ban processing your personal data.
● The right to file complaints. If your request was not satisfied, you can submit
complaint to the regulatory body - the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights to the e-mail omb@ombudsman.gov.ua.
● The right to delete information. You can send us a removal request to delete your personal data from our systems.

8. How do we update the Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy and the legal relations that fall under its effect are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". Current laws and requirements for the processing of personal data are subject to change. In this case, we will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on our website. If we make significant changes that affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will notify you by email or display information on the website and ask for your consent.
